Performance advantages
High bandwidth: The Ka band has a wide available bandwidth of up to several GHz, which can support high-speed data transmission. For example, in satellite communication scenarios, data transmission rates of up to several Gbps can be achieved, meeting application scenarios with extremely high bandwidth requirements such as high-definition video live broadcast and fast transmission of big data.
Miniaturization and integration: With the continuous advancement of semiconductor processes and circuit design technologies, Ka-band transceivers have been highly integrated. Many functional circuits are integrated in a compact module, which greatly reduces the size and weight of the device. In some portable satellite communication terminals, the miniaturized design of the Ka-band transceiver makes the device easy to carry, providing convenience for field operations, emergency communications and other scenarios.
